Looks like I just had a break.
I didn't plan it, it just happened.
Life sort of got busy and couldn't find much motivation to sew.
The perfect remedy was a day out to Millrose Cottage in Ballan.
We had a special visitor, Cheryll from New South Wales, accompanied by the well travelled Peg and Dale.
Surrounded by beautiful fabrics and quilts, we chatted and laughed and sewed a little. Swap gifts were exchanged and we oohed and aahed as packages were unwrapped.
The gifts were later displayed all together so that we could admire them up close.
Our organiser Melody always opens her gift last.
Thank you Melody for organising such a fabulous day.
Cheryll very generously gifted us all with a cute little gift bag filled with little treasures.
Unfortunately most of my photos are blurry, whether that was due to the constant laughter or incorrect camera setting. Either way, pop over to the Millrosie Friends' blog and check out all the photos and banter found on the member blogs.

Ha! I think you went to the same school of photography as me although you look like you got better marks than me. Sounds like you had a great day. Hope all that laughing charged the battery up. It is the only way I have found.
